In All Countries All In, make the Gold Reward bigger if you manage to win with a smaller nation

That's a good idea. Maybe a country's starting army should also be taken into account. For example, Finland has a way better starting army than Bolivia, even though they both start with the same number of cities.

4	x1.5
3	x2.0
2	x2.5
1	x3.0

And it would probably not be a big deal to Bytro, since it won't be that often that these countries actually do end up winning the map.
