Yes, old Winston certainly understood the value of having allies. LOLrobertjm wrote:

"In-Game" time indicator
Since the internet is a global thing and people could be playing anywhere at any local time of their day, it would be helpful to have an easy way of knowing what time it is in-game. For me, in-game Midnight comes at 4pm.
Yes, I could go Google what time it is in Berlin. But, it would be simpler if there was a small clock in the upper corner of the screen by the user's name, or even above "Winston Churchill" who seems to be constantly prompting me to make allies. Either of those places are pretty much wasted screen space that could be put to good use with a very small digital clock display.
Since so many things change at midnight (newspapers, morale changes, research abilities, etc.), it is something to keep an eye on.

Thanks for pointing that out. Pretty buried though. But, at least it's there.
Thanks nemuritor98 for pointing out how to check the time.
But I still agree with Robert in that it is way wayyy too buried.
Good design does not require looking around and asking other for help.....
In fairness, Call of War is fairly complex . . . and it is sort of a work in progress.GrandNagusZek wrote:

And thank you for reinforcing the point about "good design" and burying information, @Restrisiko.
