Inactive players time limit

Please set a time limit on inactive players returning. Two or three days is okay, sometimes people lose their internet. But after 5 or 7 they should not be allowed to return. In my experience, someone after that amount of time, knows they can't win so they are just logging on to screw with the players in the game by doing stupid stuff.
