What do you mean with inactivity restrictions?

I think people should actually play the game.

How well do you think your country is going to do against an active player if you don't log in for three days?

However, i think that there should be some inactivity restriction. Buth it is hard to do right thing hire.

I think that best way to deal with inactivity with no consequenses will be to give new players advice in tutorial that say something like it is recomended to play 3 games at the time or something because any other action taken against inactive players could have negative impact on game.
