Inter-Continental Ballistic Missiles (Nuclear)

Add an Inter-Continental Ballistic Missile to the game, researchable after atomic rocket.

Range: 2000km

Required Lv5 airfield to launch

Damage: Everything within a 100km range.(Unlimited)

Speed: 4000km/h

(everything else is similar to the Atomic Rocket)

This is the best unit suggestion on the forum thus far. It's a unit that will make sure CoW matches don't last past day 25. The ender of worlds, this is the FINAL researchable unit.

Kind regards,

ICBM, Land-based, nuclear-armed ballistic missile with a range of more than 3,500 miles (5,600 km). Only the United States, Russia, and China field land-based missiles of this range. The first ICBMs were deployed by the Soviet Union in 1958; the United States followed the next year and China some 20 years later.6 days ago

Will this be another level of the nuclear rocket? Also, I’m afraid that making it to that level 5 is required would kill the usefulness of that unit, you’d never be able to use it near the frontline! The Soviets managed to have missiles in Cuba, perfect infrastructure is not vital.

Well, its 5400km range makes that useless. Either way, this is a late-late game unit, one that is supposed to help end the match faster. The lv5 airfield offsets its power.

The lv 5 airfield makes it more useless than it already is. Even in the late game it’s very unlikely there will be enough time to make it, and the about 4 days process it would take to make an airstrip for it is excruciating.

Some cities near a players core may have it.

Do you think the USSR stationed nukes in Cuba with state of the art future tech? This unit would just go into the realm of too time consuming and expensive to be useful, like a worse version of the current nuke. It needs to actually be useful to be worth Bytro’s time..

That's really pushing the limits of WWII technology...

Game tech stops at early 50’s and this would be a very underused unit, so you’re right either way.
