Let me preface this by, i am new player (Day 2)--however:
in making some plans and strategy i've noticed that the Interceptor has only a .5 Attack against troops.
i completely understand thats what Tact. Bombers are for--but seriously, .5 for a plane against boots on the ground? it should be at least 2 or 3 against infantry. and like .5 against armor or hard targets.
it should still be used primarily for anti-aircraft--but still to use it as air support should be an option. increasing its attack a tad would greatly allow that.
thoughts guys?

We have tac bombers for a reason. Don't like them, don't use them. I don't.
Anyway, these are planes for shooting down(intercepting) bombers so their main role is anti-plane. What you want is a fighter-bomber. We have discussed this before and I think we concluded that we should get it, but it doesn't really matter.

Artillery lvl.1 has 1.5 against infantry, and you offer to give 2 or 3 for interceptor? No, I believe the values of fighter attack is OK.

Planes such as the interceptor have more important jobs to do than waste ammo on some cannon fodder, like shooting down planes or better yet shoot down a bomber. You have to be a real daredevil to use a plane againts troops while flying, this is the military not a county fair.

You get one pass when strafing troops. Do a second and you're probably dead.
