I'm making this post on behalf of Wanted104, who suggested it to me.
An internal view similar to the later Supremacy ones. It was an aesthetically appealing part to the game, watching your factories billowing out smoke as your workers toiled to build your war machines, and the various buildings under construction and the different levels were also nice to look at.

I find it wholly unnecessary. I would much rather the devs focus on gameplay rather than useless aesthetics.
