Ireland on World Map

I was thinking that it would be awesome if CoW added Ireland as a playable nation on the 100 player World Map. I was also wondering if there was a way that the CoW team could do custom maps like how they do it on Supremacy 1914?

Pfft, useless with out a supporting population. Some of the most important things in war are boots, bandages and bullets. So important there is a documentary about it.

lol. :D

Lol, and trucks, cars, everything but plenty of armed men!

The Army National Guard consists of 28 fully capable brigade combat teams with combat support and combat service support components. The Army Reserve is mostly Combat Service Support and Combat Support with only one infantry unit (the 100th Infantry Battalion)

If this is the Army National Guard, I would hate to see the National Guard.

These are the guys that killed people for being black and wanting to learn? For setting dogs on people because they have a darker shade of skin, right? I just want to be specific and know exactly who I am talking about.

Never mentioned this, with no navy, how would they project power?

Proper soldiers do not follow criminal orders.

these are not soldiers...

these are national guardsmen..

as I repeat again.. there is a difference between the army.. and the army nation guard...!

why the hell would Colorado need a nation guard?

some states have in the past organised unofficial naval militias..

but there is not naval nation guard

do you know what the nation guard is?

without looking it up on Wikipedia..

You know, I still do not see how this relates to Ireland in the game. Way to ruin your own topic. GG, Ocean, GG.

@Sir McSquiggles this seems to have gone tad OT, maybe it could be closed?

you brought it OT...

dont seem why OT Is an issue..

anyway..

Yes, but all the better to defend and expand out of! :) Nice and easy early in the game to defeat Amphibious Assaults.

Hardly, not much AI around and anything AI is the same size as you.

Not really, the British up north and you have no navy.

Not like the British do early in the game.

If you mean the navy, I know. What I meant was that they have control of Northern Ireland.

Yes, but I would suggest that they give all of Ireland to Ireland.

Why? That would be stupid, we haven't had control of it since around 1606.

Yes, but this is not real life, this is a fun map. Does Newfoundland have control of it's own fate in real life? Is India split into two nations along with many other nations? It's all for fun.

You're considering removing a piece of a country that is of strategic importance. Hardly fair to players of the UK.
