Is this game in decline?
This game is rarely heard off and the is only 1 major YouTuber who covers CoW. Did CoW had a golden age or is CoW just rising?

How do you know that? That's entirely not the case. They don't just leave they join more games only some leave.

this game is extremely infamous for the inability to make new player stay
i can safely say that less than 10% of them actually make it past 50 games
