all the Italians fault...

Armor wise... I go and read about it know..

What?! The Italians tried their gosh darned best! Don't forget the Romanians, Bulgarians, Yugoslavians, Austrians, and Spanish were there to with even more countries present! The front was too massive and the Axis forces too small. Some Romanians had around 30 men to defend a mile or more of land with 28 rifles and no heavy support. No MG's either. The one ones without rifle's had Russian-made broomsticks!

Besides, the Italians were fighting somewhere they should never have been. Let me remind you too that an Italian squadron was one of the best of WWII. Flew Italian made planes too, by the by.

Thats not why...

the fact that the Germans had to come rescue them from Greece delayed Barb for about 2-3 weeks..

that time before the winter set.. could have meant the Germans took Moscow..

otherwise, Yes they did fight hard..

That is always greatly over exagreated. Besides, even if Moscow was lost the Soviets would just go back to the Urals. The Germans would never win.

If Moscow fell.. the rest would fall a lot easier..

sure I wouldn't be surprised if the people upraised.. and supported the Germans..

The Japs Might have even invaded from the north..

Baseless and shown to be untrue by how many large cities were captured! Everything important was moved.

oceanhawk wrote:

They never did and never would, as the Germans planned to turn Moscow into a lake and kill all within. That would turn the entire nation into warriors and partisans.

They tried and failed before. It was the east anyway, not north. The North Pole is the only thing north of Russia, apart from more Russia and water.

There could be different options:

First option:

-L3/35

-L3/38 (Last italian tankette)

-L5/21 (also called Fiat 3000, but as there are different models that i'll show in the next option... :P)

-L6/40

Second option:

-L3/35

-L5/21

-L5/30 (New version of L5/21, both are called Fiat 3000)

-L6/40

Renault R35 was a french tank, used by Italy, yes, but still a french tank :)

Loss of Moscow, would have not helped...

Maybe they would have upraised.. they hated Stalin.. and he was losing the war.. maybe the people would uprise against Stalin and a German Occupation

yes I did mean to say the east.. not North..

You do know that people loved Stalin, right? Why do you think he was on all/most propaganda posters? Why do you think people cared when he stayed in Moscow?

Wikipedia is good page!

"I came, I saw, I conquered" Written in a report to Rome 47 B.C., after conquering Pharnaces at Zela in Asia Minor in just five days; as quoted in Life of Caesar by Plutarch; reported to have been inscribed on one of the decorated wagons in the Pontic triumph, in Lives of the Twelve Caesars, Julius, by Suetonius.
"Alea iacta est" Gaius Julius Caesar.

Check the SP Anti-air ;) some messages above this one

Got a second heavy tank: P43

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P43_tank

But Italy designed no more heavy's, so we need to borrow the third from Germany or make one up
