We need a map to signify the war between USA and Japan. We need aircraft carriers Something to better shape the game. This can't wait. We need this now
This has been in the works for a while now, and has been brought up many times. Aircraft carriers are still undergoing testing and balancing. Like some of the community, I think it is very likely that both they and the pacific theatre map will be released at the same time.
There has been a lot of recent work on the game, so it looks like the Devs are very busy.

we are indeed really busy at the moment 8actually, we're always busy, it's not like we're just sitting here, looking cute). I always like to get feedback concerning your wishes, and I duefully put it on my list. It's quite a piece of work to go through the forums collecting feedback 
Just: I can't make any promises if and when we are going to work on a special wish.
