Junior mod role

I love playing call of war I joined three years ago. Ive learned alot through playing the game and with that information I started helping people in help and global chat with questions. I want to become a mod but I'm not old enough yet. I suggest a junior mod role for ages 15-17 that can't ban or mute people but can help answer questions, communicate with other mods and learn the role of mod.
