Kick Alliance Leader? He was banned.

Is there any chance we can get an admin or a moderator to kick CharlieSheen from our alliance leader? He was not allowed to play anymore due to some disagreement with an admin and everyone has stopped playing. We would like to revive our alliance and hoping we could get some help. We all still talk on skype and the other guys are all about playing again if we can have our alliance back but can't do anything because HE is listed as leader.

Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated,
