The picture for the L20 Class Battleship in the Axis Doctrine is just a picture of a Bayern Class Battleship. The L20 Class Battleship never left the drawing board.

The pictures are botched, battleships and rockets had their pictures shifted one level up. You aren't even saying that the Scharnhorst pic is USS Texas.
