Ok, for the last several times I've attempted to get help on a game help channel the system failed pretty bad. This is over a several week period. BS conversation permeates, nobody is in charge. I don't even think anybody is online on the channel to answer questions. WTH????
So here's my question if anybody can help. My planes disembarked from my carrier on their own. My question is how do i get them back on the carrier and out of the ocean???

Move them on airstrips back on land then back on carrier.
That ussually happends when you select "move" insted of patrol or attack option, if you upgrade aircrafts or carrier while aircrafts are on it, when you try to move your aircraft while carrier is moveing.
That is well known bug.
And help chat is very usefull, just be active there and you will get answeres on all your questions.
Help has been a bad experience for me since I began this game a few years ago. It is what it is. Its always the same. Chatter talk, no moderator, and no response. Those the facts.
As far as the carrier info thanks. Although this seems to b e a glitch or bug. The stack, which included planes on the carriers, not patrolling, just sitting there. The stack was moved to a new location. 8 hrs later the fleet of ships including the carrier is at the location and the planes are in transit in the water as a transport unit. So are you saying moving a stack is what caused this?
What chat? EN chat or others?
Cause in EN help chat i can name you few players who are allways there at least 1 of them and i can guarantee you proper help there. I am there myself soo you are welcome at any time.
And mr. OutKast, TheCaptainBlood, UnknownWarior and evem PrincOfHonor very active moderators on bouth chats.
And that happend most likely when you were landing your airforce or taking off your carrier was moveing or something. Buth it is bug and sometimes, rearly, that happends without any reason.
EN chat responds very fast
Well I guess planes fall off carriers in real life all the time as well, so, good simulation surprise.
I don't know what En help is, but the in game help is what I've had bad luck getting through. It's probably not the moderator, cause I see them sometimes ask people to shut up or leave the help chat. But then they pretty much get ignored. Every once in a while I see somebody gets booted. Perhaps that is the reason. And I have received good answers and help. But I've also had at least as many experiences of not being able to get a response or acknowledgement.
We do everything in our power to make chat bether place and more time you spend there, you will meet people and you will feel like at home

They are talking about the help chat on the English server. Some people say hi and stuff there, but I've had a good experience. Your question will be likely answered within a few minutes.Balhog wrote:

Help chat is a dead chat, never get a response ever, just spam and nonsense
if you don't think you get help in chat then send a bug report in and someone will help you.
there was a issue with the carriers and planes but it has been fixed
you might need to restart app and make sure it is up dated
clear cache in browser if pc
Again, I can’t speak for other servers, but the EN help chat is usually very helpful, and you get an answer within the minute.
You know, this is a thread that you guys asked for suggestions to improve the game. I'm amazed at how defensive the your reactions to problems are here. Instead of investigating, and improving the system you guys want to argue about whether these problems exist. They wouldn't be brought up if they didn't exist.
Seriously, you'd be much better off listening to feedback from your customers and responding to it, rather than arguing about it. Just sayin.
All this you see hire is opinions of other players. I am on chat more time then it is healthy to be on and i cant see your point. We are trully sorry if you have bad expirience on chat and noone said that it dosnt exist buth bad chat users are rere and have short time there. 85% of time you will be happy with chat.
Threads on forum are hire soo if you have any idea you share it and see what other think abouth it.

Yes, i am too lazy to help nowadays, consider it to be because ... i overstayed my welcome for quite a while...
I Do go on rants sometimes... if i see u on the channel and no one is giving help i'll probably Answer....
I mostly don't answer questions as i know that i do not know everything, i'll silently lurk and learn from the answers
