Actually Beirut is the capital of Lebanon, meaning it gets a whole city. This is better than my Jordan which gets none… so I’d say they do fine actually.

Currently, there is no explicit province representing Lebanon in HWW. I think one should be added, given the role Lebanon played in WW2.
