I Kinda find it difficult and rather time consuming to keep on building fortifications and infrastructures on large maps so my provinces don't have a rebellion. shouldn't there be other ways to stop such a moral decline by like for example every research adds a 5% morale to all provinces. Or maybe army strength in a province actually stops a rebellion from happening rather than fighting it when it happens for example armies can apply a lockdown or curfew on the province and this will lead to lessen of the chance of uprising but will cut the resources and manpower of the province.
