level of Airfield determine amount repaired

I know that if you level up an airfield it decreases the time to refuel the planes - surely the same principle should hold for amount said planes are repaired. if you have levelled and got better equipment therefore decreasing refuel time. it stands to reason that repair should similarly be effected.

it would encourage more ppl to lvl more airfields

I thought that repair at airfields was 15% of hit points? surely if you lvl up an airfield you are developing the airfield accordingly you are developing - increasing the education of your mechanics.

if as you state you are increasing the efficiency of the mechanics = by enabling them to refuel quicker then you should be able for them to repair quicker
