Level restricted option when creating new games

I'd never play it, but I'm in a game now and I'm shared map with most. It's already day nine, I have level 3 and 4 armies, but everyone just has level 1 armies. They are giving me intel because they have a bunch of spies. In nine days I've never seen my cash much above 10K. And I'm using the 2750 gold everyday from adds. They are all happy building their economy, building fortications or whatever. And these people are experienced. Played a lot more games then me.

Maybe these people would rather keep people like me out!

Better throw in edit to clarify. I mean you can only research level 1 of the armies ( and maybe allow level 2 interceptors ). Therefore no need to spend much on research, no need to upgrade tank plants. It would be an entirely different game. Maybe I would try it sometime.

Could stop it a day 6 research, but level 1 everything might be fun.
