Lithuania on World Map become Latvia

Right now on the world map the baltic states are all condensed into one country. Although I agree with this move, I don't get that the country and flag are Lithuania even though the capitol city is Riga, the capitol of Latvia? Maybe a switch of the flag and country name to Latvia?
