Logic of Rebellion

I would like to ask for the logic of Rebellion Since I understand that my enemy can support some rebellions in my cities to control it, but why even allies also are supporting rebellions in my cities.

Yesterday I lost 9 cities to allies. I suggest that Rebellion can only work with enemies. & even so, it should not be as this much, such as only for surrounded cities.

Also, I lost 2 tanks for my allies, how can my troops shift from my side to ally side ???.

Please re-view the logic of this, & make it batter & more close to reality

It is because the morale in your province is really low and they want to join another nation.

I understand that, but this can be with enemies not with allies. Also, this can be with the surrounded or border cities, not far in the deep of my counrty.

I wake up this morning & see that I lost around 10 cities, & 2 Tanks switch to allies.

The citizens don't want to live in your country, it doesn't matter who you're allied with.

It seems there are Hotel guests not a country citizens. When, they do not like the room, they will move to next close hotel.

Even so, I hope the Game admin, review this issue,
