Does that mean it's totally destroyed or how much damage?

I have two theories, that I have not yet tested, as it requires me to attack someone I know who can report what happens on their end,
I believe that means that the level of damage is unknown. Consider the " -1" to mean "?"
Alternately it may indicate total destruction, but rather than simply have the building vanish it indicates that the building is in ruins, but it still appears on your display.

It's unknown, I had spies look as well. But just knowing you have damaged some buildings is enough info if you know what I mean.
