Losing spies to High Command stacking builds
Suggest a bank Vault for day turn payments in High Command use , otherwise its just more a disadvantage when your spies leave making vunerable to ...

Yea like being able to lock a certain amount of your money so that it can't be spent by queue builds or something. What I have been doing is using the daily total as my new zero when I get close to the new day tick. I believe this is when you get your daily charge payment for spies. It can be a pain to keep up with throughout multiple games especially when you are HQ and have things queued up though I would agree with that.

I think he's suggesting that when we hire a spy and assign him to a task, High Command members should be able to store a certain amount of funds in a "bank" (a seperate tab, like Province List). Spies will then draw on funds from there, and if the Bank is empty, then they will draw funds from your active amount of money.
This would be potentially useful. All too often you forget exactly how many spies you're running, and you spend too much money, depriving your spies of payment. Your spies (who are not Germans-they are from --insert random midwestern US state name here--!) are not the type of people who will work for work-they will work for money. And when you already spent that last dollar on that militia, then they run away and hide on a remote vacation beach. Such a waste for your 15k for hiring them.
With the Bank, you can shovel that money for paying your spies into a separate place. Then, when your spies want your money, they'll reach in and take it from there-so you can spend whatever money you have left in your active use freely without having to worry about your spies.
In other words...
No Bank + Spend all your money and forget about your spies = No more spies
Bank + Deposit funds in Bank + Spend all your remaining money and forget about your spies = Still have spies, but you better refill your bank.
