LOWER MODERATOR REQUIREMENTS!

As more and more mods leave the game the chat turns into pure chaos! There are only a few dedicated mods left, and they sure a hell aren't enough to contain the anarchy!! Bytro, I request you lower the requirements to become a mod! Lower the age and drop the discord requirement! We need more mods, and now! There are more trolls and screwed up people in chat than ever, and mods are at a all-time low!
