Artilery use HE amo , that does no dmg to higly armored battleships or cruisers .

Why does your strongest artillery units only do 0.3 damage to ships?
I think this should be change to at least 1.5 if not more!
In WW2 the nazis had artillery positioned all around key harbors in Europe to destroy/ disrupt allied ships from taking aim at their positions or landing troops.
Artillery guns are basically the same guns that are on a cruiser/ battleship, so why does a battleship do more harm to land units than land units do to ships in this game??
There needs to be some kind of deterrent to prevent your enemies from parking their navy off the coast of your cities and it shouldn't be you having to research and build navy units I think artillery should be the answer. This would help smaller weaker countries defend against more lager countries navies.

So your saying historical facts don't matter? Lol
I mean if you want to get technical about it. You could program the game to do more damage to smaller vessels like destroyers (1.5 damage to ships) cruisers/ Carriers (1.0 DTS) battleships (0.3 DTS). Something like that but artilery guns did do damage to ships.
And honestly there are more than one type of artillery rounds in ww2 beside HE.
If your gonna be technical like that, than you also have to consider why the game doesn't provide more than one type of bombing option for air plans? High explosives? Or Incendiaries bombs? (which I will write a forum about)
