Graphic representations of the higher levels of infrastructure -- L2 and L3 -- are also visible to you for your provinces, but not to other players.
All naval bases have a little naval base derrick icon.

Make buildings visible
Dear people,
Is it possible to make all buildings visible in a province once they are built? Up to now only landingstrips and a chimney are visible. If all are visible it is easier to determine what buildings are still needed in a certain area.
