make elite AI to better

in think Elite AI need be more agressive and attack too agaist others Elite AI countries then thet get more resouces and can make more units

and elite al must can win map if are very passive human players they capture all other Elite AI

my mind this game need bot who fight nearly same style than human players. imean start wars and capture provinces make alliance another elite AI and take off others AI countries and if one elite ai are allianced with other ai and human player start war some one its allieds it can join war and attack human player without warning

it can win human players if they are too noobs

i mean it are about same skill level than medium skilled human players or better

Elite AI is too easy beat by experienced players

if some Elite AI games can be lose if dont play clever, i think experienced players want more play Agaist elite AI if if give challenge
