Make Historic World War Historic
Historic World War 1939, one of my favorite maps. With realistic* national army strength, realistic** borders, and some very historical*** gameplay is one of the finest maps in Call of War.
Lets have a brief rundown of all of my suggestions in descending-of-importance order, shall we?
*Army strength isn't very historical for some nations.
The United Kingdom, the most powerful naval power in the world, as of 1939, is rivaled by France in the North Atlantic and Mediterranean. Germany certainly gives them a run for their money. The heck, even Italy can effectively combat their navy. And why does the Free City Of Danzig have an army that can hold its own against the might of Poland? other than a few more minor examples, Bytro has done a relatively good job at this.
**Border mistakes.
France historically has fought with great valor against the Germans for CENTURIES to own Alsas-Lorraine(or ElsaB-Lothringen to any fellow German speakers.) and they are deprived of it in HWW.
Also, about the dominions of the British Empire... I get it, in a purposefully unbalanced map, you want to balance Brittan's power by not giving them Some territories, but why no compensation. In exchange they should have an ungodly amount of manpower or something. There are also tons of other examples of this. Shouldn't the map be correct in a game soley about maps?
***Historical allainces, please?
Okay, this one is a bit of a long shot, but historical allainces would be nice. smaller nations would get more of a chance, and I would be a very happy Dragon. I don't expect this to be actually considered though.
My suggestions on one of the best COW maps, I'm open to constructive critism, and all of my ideas may be dumb, but if they are please share your opnoins with me.

I'd play UK any day if they add say 10 infantry units in africa, a few tac bombers and a lot larger fleet in both the Channel and some more in Brunei, Burma etc

Germany, France and even Italy can wreck the entire Royal Navy, Italian navy is huge in mediterranean but royal navy is too spread out all over the world... Most of these ships are cruisers and destroyers, I can only recall 6 or so battleships: Scapa flow, two in the Channel, one at Hong Kong, one in Malta, one near Cyprus. Man what??? even germany can build 5 more battleships due to better economy. France? 2 battleships in the channel more can be built easily. not to speak of Japanese navy but tbh that was really good

Well I did play a UK game till day 8 and amassed 800 points from invading Italy, France, Belgium, and stuff
Then I declare war on my ally Germany and got wrecked
Strategy as UK is to be friendly to everyone except Egypt whom you have to invade

mostly germans will go commandos medium tanks or similar things
so UK has an advantage against germany , destroy its economy , he cant invade you because of sea , and he will be very angry
