Make Tiny Countries Playable(25 historic)

I want to suggest that the Call of War team make some of the tiny countries and the countries that are currently computer operated to be playable. When there is a cpu, the game just isn't the same. Most notably, I would like to see communist China playable because, the chinese civil can't be run without a player. Also, Bolivia, Peru and Columbia, being playable would South America so much more fun. Portugal, Belgium, and the Netherlands should also be playable with their massive colonies everywhere.
