Fairly straight forward. Currently we have a slider to set delay, I would prefer it if we had a text box instead to enter delay times. Currently it is very awkward to use, and makes it very hard to set a delay for 5 minutes, or say you wish for a unit to wait 90 minutes but land on 89. It can be very troublesome moving the slider over for a 1 minute adjustment.

This is definitly a frequent suggestion, and would be a welcome addition to many players.
I always like to point out a handy feature of the delay that is often overlooked.
You can select several groups of units (either with Ctrl click, or looping with the mouse) and give them an order to move, and THEN select delay. Just accept the suggested time and this will coordinate their arrival to a single time. The closer or faster units will delay and the slower or more distant units will start moving immediately.
That's handy but sometimes you like to send in troops just after an air attack or artillery barrage, and the current timer is not sensitive enough to do this accurately.VorlonFCW wrote:

Oh I certainly agree that being able to enter an exact time would be better.Quasi-duck wrote:

@freezy what do you think of this? I think it would be easy for your code monkeys to do, but then again I am no code monkey.
Bump.
Already on the long list of potential improvements.
Oh rip, gonna be waiting a year or more so
Well he didn't say it was at the bottom of the list. . . so there is hope
