Manpower

Using manpower in production and the research tree means the game is over before any research tree can be finished, I limit my research to a few units, but the manpower cost is way too high. I can have almost 1/4 million manpower, yet have not got above 16k, I have not been producing units much either only 1 or 2 a day. Makes the game stagnant and far to slow.

This for the 1.5 mode
