Manpower and Cities

Just two thoughts for today. What would the game play feel like if we removed Manpower from Ordnance Foundry Ordnance?

*I hate beating my head against the computer when I have all resources and cash but I cant build stuff because im out of man power.

*This could create some interesting fronts where defensive strategy could come into play.

For Cities I cant get my mind around how ridiculous it is that you cannot build items in all factories at the same time. If I have a tank factory why oh why cant I build airplanes in my aircraft factory? It seems lazy to me. Is it because we cant have multiple build tabs open or wtf? This is the only strat game that limits what you can build and where. Im sure there is a reason for this but I cant seem to think of it.

Your first idea is interesting but would reduce what little realism this game had in the first place because who would man the ordnance. I also hate running out of manpower but I guess that's what recruiting stations are for.

I completely agree with your second point though because it would really make the tons of buildings in historic world war actually useful.

When you build an ordnance I just assumed it had soldiers manning it. Since you can capture territory by moving ordnance there must be soldiers there too.

The only one build per city seems funny to me. Wow Wow Wow tank factory you gotta close we are using the airplane factory today! Don't you dare try to use two factories at once Comrade!

actually i never thought of it, but i think we should be able to produce two things in one city

more than 2 things makes no sense imo

however this would mean bytro might have to slightly buff resource production too
