We have that already, the map is 1944: Endgame. It still only has a classic version, we don't know when it will come back.
Map Idea: Historic world war 1944-1945
Before I start just read this: People say that this map doesn't fit the WW2 aesthetics of this game, but 90% of the maps apart from historic world war, no map actually is historic.
Map Idea: Post WW2
Background: the tide has turned in the war against Nazi Germany. Half of Italy is occupied by allied forces and Germany has 13 units in Northern Italy. In France, British units occupy Normandy and the Normandy coast, The Soviets have liberated Ukraine and are pushing the Finnish back.
In Asia, Japan is losing ground to the Chinese and the Soviets have attacked Manchukuo, The US have pushed back Japanese water territories back to their mainland. The Japnese spawn in the Axis coalition.

In this game, you are spawned into a coalition, but you can leave it after 3 days, there are a few coalitions
1. Non-aligned (all countries all are playable): Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey, Tibet, Colombia, South Africa and Switzerland (this coalition isn't at war with anyone)
2. Axis: Nazi Germany, Vichy France, Northern Italy, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Ostland (Baltics), Scandinavia (Denmark and Norway) and Poland and Hungary.
3. Allies: the Soviet Union, USA, Britain, South Italy, Free France, Argentina, Canada, Australia, Nationalist China, Communist China, India, Nepal, Ireland, Bolivia, Peru, Paraguay, Iraq, French Syria.
All countries in the mod: In this match, all countries and territories will be playable.
Special Nations: Free France, Free France is located in Africa and their capital is Algeris

Yes but a historic map in the pacific might be nice.
It would be. I suppose the UK could be given India and Australia to make it a bit more powerful like how it has Egypt in Endgame.qwertupo wrote:

Allies: USA (capital Los Angeles), UK (Capital New Delhi), China (Not sure for this one's capital), and the Netherlands (Capital Batavia).
Axis: Japan (capital tokyo), Manchuko (capital Hsinking), and Siam (capital Bangkok)
Soviet States: USSR (Not sure for this one's capital in the east) and Mongolia (ulanbat... can't spell it).
Obviously these countries are very unbalanced by numbers. To make it more fair, China could have terrible tech and the Netherlands' army could merely be enough to hold Indonesia. Manchuko would need to be buffed up as well and Mongolia would need a larger army.
I honestly dont like limited maps, It should just be an accurate map of 1944, if the Netherlands is exiled, sure they can be in Indonesiawhowh wrote:

They don't have a 1.5 version of it.Buzzy02 wrote:

I don't get why they won't make a 1.5 version? Maybe not enough people were playing it?whowh wrote:

I think a new map that has Germanyβs Annexed lands as separate playable countries in a Team Round would be interesting but I donβt care much about specifics as long as itβs something new.
There could be historical nukes (That actually help) and are a good price and not overpriced like the nuke is rn
The Chinese Capital would be Chongqing. Ussr would have the capital Vladivostok. There shouldn't be Netherlands in the pacific. The Allies would control part of Indonesia and Philippines. Allies would also have two nuclear bombers. The Japanese will have a sizable army in Japan and other armies. The Soviet Army would have a large army of medium and light tanks.whowh wrote:

But then who would control indonesia? Perhaps the UK could be split into India and Australia and they split indonesia.vietcong2005 wrote:

To make it more balanced, we could add Reorganized National China to the Axis and Xinjiang and Communist China to the Commintern. Now each team has 4 members.whowh wrote:

We are talking about the 1944 PACIFIC map, but of course, if it is the whole world the Soviet capital would be in Moscow.
