Map Suggestion: Clash of the City-States

In this map, every country will start out with one city. The army will have about 100 hitpoints total at the start and would thus be very concentrated. No AI countries, all humans. Victory would require 300 victory points or 30 cities or 29 countries conquered. The economy would be small with 10,000 money and 5,000 of everything else. Research and Production costs will be lowered by a quarter. At the end the winner will be awarded 15,000 gold + his victory points and the rest would be awarded different amounts. There will be 100 players in the map. These are some of them, with capitals in brackets:

Sounds cool, but there are a few questions. 1st of all, how do you get resources other than the one your city produces by default and 2nd, what happens to the rurals?

Rurals would exist, but you will only have one city. And the cities would produce mixed resources, other than concentrating on one.

No need, if it is player-only for 1 city-state, the players can have only one resource, and then trade it for something else.

In my Dominican Republic game, I traded what I had with others one-city states that had only 1 resource as well, but not the same as me.

Maybe the city can be specialized with one resource, but each rural has its own. That way, each resource is produced, but only one in large quantities. It'll make the game more complicated. There also won't be a need for new game mechanics, which is always a plus for the devs.
