Morale Penalties

Can we please fix the morale penalty system. The values need to be cut in half or something. Late in the world map games it is rediculous that you expect people to start building Prop offices in every province just so we don't loose them to finish game. You need resources and or gold for other things at end game. Having negative influence over a hundred is a stupid game design. At this point in the game it is not worth finishing it. Do you people even play this game? I am sure that I am not the only one in this game that is fed up issue. This game is not fun for this reason.
