Barbarossa!
More 1 v 1 maps
Did you ever try out the English Channel map? Me neither. maybe because I just don't find the battle that interesting. Anyway, i thought of a couple more maps of a similar style that could be tried!
Stalingrad:
Germany vs Russia. Pretty sure everybody gets the gist here. Germany would be severely outnumbered, while Russia would be severely outgunned.
Battle of the Bulge:
America vs. Germany.
Northern Africa:
British Egypt vs Italian Libya. This would be an interesting one.
Saipan:
Japan vs. USA. Come on, it would be awesome!
Defense of Poland:
Germany and/or USSR vs Poland. Unbalanced, but Bytro doesn't care too much about accuracy anyway... Just look at the 1939 Blitzkreig map. Sweden is awesome, which is not true.
Speaking of the Norse...
Winter War:
Finland vs USSR. This is probably the most doable of the ones I mentioned.
Russo-Japanese war:
The battles of Kahlkin Gohl (if that's how you spell it. My autocorrect sucks.)
Maybe a 4 player map? Japan/Manchukuo vs Russia/Mongolia
Anything else that I missed. 1 v 1 standoff maps that would be awesome, anyone?

I like this idea, but I don't think we really need 8 1 v. 1's. but a few more would be cool.

Just saying these could be some pretty cool ideas, at least. Also...
Italy vs Greece! I'd pay to play that map.

I mean, they are 2 player maps, so can there be too many? I think a lot of people are interested in a larger group of players anyways, and maybe that will lead them to argue it's a waste of time when they could be making other, more used, maps.
"War does not determine who is right - only who is left."
Yes, but as a pure example Iβm the leader of an academy and to be promoted to the main alliance you have to beat me, and I use a lot of 1-1, sadly tho to avoid being bored out I set up an internal 5-5 and play around it with others that donβt deserve the promotion
Iβm not saying add all 8 ones but a couple of more would be definitely be fun
I like this Idea!
How about UK vs Germany in the afrika campaign!?
There are a lot of cool options here I believe!
what about the aussies vs the kiwis
(austrailia vs new zealand)
The size and populations are large disparities, I bet Australia would keep winning. You would have to give a bunch of other nearby islands to the kiwis to balance it out, or drop the 1v1 idea and change it into a 5 player map (4 on Australia, 1 on New Zealand)

How about a spainish civil war
Nationalist Spain
Republican Spain

i dont like 1v1 map, i think is so small lol
No nos retiramos, avanzamos en otra direcciΓ³n-MacArthur

Some other ideas for 1v1s:
Japan vs. China
West Germany vs. East Germany(not a realistic scenario, yes, but A COOL ONE)
United States vs. Japan
France vs. Germany(I personally think France could've beaten Germany if circumstances were different so fite me)
France vs. Vichy France(France invades Vichy French forces in Niger)
North Korea vs. South Korea(before you all screech at me about how tHiS iS a Ww2 gAmE1!1! some of the equipment that you can unlock in the game is post-WW2, for example the level 6 tactical bomber, the A-26 Invader, was used up to 1965)

Spanish Civil War?
I have heard this argument a lot. it is like saying "this box of cereal can't go in the refrigerator so I should get a freezer." this is Call of War 1942. NOT Call of War 1950.iDragons wrote:

Yes yes, even so, a Cold War encounter would be an interesting event, perhaps?
It's funny you should say that, as the Level 6 Infantry is literally called Infantry Type 1950.attacker101 wrote:

Also, the Level 1 Infantry is called Infantry type 1932, but that's not WWII either
Lastly, in the Antarctica map you can literally play as West and East Germany. Boom.
