I have voted! These look like sensible changes.
however, I expect this isnβt a priority.
Here are some features that I think should be implementable in custom rounds, the reason these features shouldn't be implemented in normal rounds is because of cheating and abuse, but I think it should be an option to have these things in custom games.
1) Lend-Lease/Trading Units Reimplemented
2) Changing the Victory Point Requirement
3) Changing Coalition Limit
4) Changing the limit on how many provinces can be traded per day
5) Changing the Healing Rate
6) Custom Map Admin and Mods, Mods would be able to vote to kick somebody, and Admins (limit of 2) would be able to kick someone regardless, the map maker is automatically an Admin
7) Changing popularity penalties for different diplomatic options
These features would improve custom games, and they wouldn't be a problem because they aren't in normal game because of cheating, but that's not an issue in Private Games.
Further Things that should be implemented, but are less possible:
- Changing Unit Stats
- Changing the Start Research Level
- Forcing AIs to join a coalition

Neither do I, and to be honest the RP scene is pretty dead, so it shouldn't be a massive priority
One thing, you can change victory point requirement already. Though itβs just 50%, 75% and 100% as your choices.
