I think this amount is enough, after all, you will not change so many territories and you will form a new country

More diplomatic exchanges
Why are we limited to 1 exchange of territories /day ??
That limit so much diplomacy.
And we need the option to release 1 (and more) territory.

Not enough at ALL.
I want exchange territories for ressources, I want negociate peace by sharing with allies or foes. I want to offer some military bases to allies etc.
Now, all we can do is war, and battle. Quite no diplomacy. That's why no one talk.
