More Map Modes

It's quite hard to see the balance of power when it comes to factions, so adding a faction map mode that shows factions will help a ton.

Also -- when clicking on a nation it should highlight in red the nations enemies that it is at war with. This will help with clarity and is an extra quality of life feature.
