30-45 days for WaW??

Yep. Mininum usually 30 days if you stay to the end and you are not a goldfnger like so many are these days.

I don't play speed games. I like to sleep.

Agree, longest I've been in a 100p was 30-35 days at MAX.

Anyway guys this thread wasnt about who has done the longest/shortest 100 WaW but about more speed games.

I assume that there are templates and people who want to run a game then use them modifying a few parameters as they see fit.

The OP was really about why is there not a template for say HWaW, Europe CoN and US Homefront? I dont doubt players will have preferences to what they play, that's great, but it is the greater choice I was looking for.

There is a template for the 22player map at x10 speed. I’d like to try one, but they never seem to come up when I would like. I suspect the times ten speed would not be for everyone. I suspect the beauty of it would be you could start one when you wake up and be fine with it before needing to sleep. But at that speed you would need to have little else competing for you time.

That's interesting. I think the 4 speed ones are fine. Shame no template for those for 22 players.

Speed games are good.

for me, 4x is too fast, regardless of the fact that I was second as Nationalist China in an All Countries All In. 2x speed seems better, and add it in HWW

I would be for more speed games. These regular speed games are gruelingly slow. I would prefer 8X speed games. Get the thing over with in two days, maybe three with a couple cat naps.

Would really like a 12 hour window to play each day at 8 times speed, where actions, build times, research times etc would all be paused and the only thing allowed would be messages and looking at country and army info for strategy adjustments. Then game would be done in less then a week with allot of sleep.

This thread has turned into an NPC spamfest.
