Another thing I found, two provinces named the same, none of them are where they should be

It is about Vilnius, but simply as a province in Poland it is called Wilno (the Polish name of this city)

I propose to change the name of Vilnius in Lithuania to Ukmerge, and the one in the north-eastern part of Poland to Braslaw / Braslau
I marked the correct location of Vilnius with the green X. And I suggest making Vilnius as a city. It was more important than Białystok.
A similar situation with Lviv. This time, the province in Poland is well located, so I suggest you rename it in Ukraine
