I think that battleship shall have a better damage on coastal buildings and troops.
In real , a battleship have a huge firepower and can destroy a lot of things.
In game it would be ok to have at least 10 power anti tank and person, and also to the building, because it cost a lot. Otherway you can use it only anti destroier ,cruyser and battleship...

Wait, are we talking about the same battleships? Past level 4 (when you get them into their prime range) they destroy everything. Battleships aren't designed for coastal attack, D-DAY called for thousands of ships, including tens of Battleships, to 'spray' the beaches with shells. Battleships are insanely powerful, they can destroy the other two surface ships with ease: and when Carriers come, they'll destroy carrriers with ease.
Battleships are fine.

Are we all using different battleships here? Like, have you seen how power a battleship is? LvL 5 ships are satans rubber ducks!

A battleship is made to fight other ships, of course it won't be as strong against tanks: you're try to aim 9 high power cannons against a small target some several miles away, and hoping you land your shells in the same area. Battleships are fine, maybe invest in Tank Destroyers if you need a way to remove enemy tanks.

The purpose of a battleship was to be a heavy and long range artillery support in naval engagements. They had a further range and much more powerful guns than other kinds of ships. Coastal bombardment was an auxiliary role as they weren't built to take on coastal fortifications. Even then, if they were bombarding, the attacks would be incredibly inaccurate due to range and the size of targets. The best chance there was to hitting something was basically to pepper spray the coast until something was hit. However, if they did hit, it would be devastating for whatever was in the way.

I don't think a damage increase of battle ships vs land units will make much of a difference. Only AI and really big noobs let their armies being bombed by battleships. Any normal player would not allow this to happen.
Increase damage vs buildings? I don't see how this would affect gameplay in a relevant perspective.

Not noobs, as some nations (like the UK) are just coastline- however not having a navy to defend your coast, is noobie
