Naval Bombers vs Tactical Bombers

Naval bombers should have more range than tactical bombers. From what I see of the mechanics in game , the descriptions of the same , and their actual use in game, Naval bombers are a useless unit. Their only use is as a short range anti-sub/naval unit. Those facets, "short range" and "naval" are contradictory, both in game and historically. No good player except in exceptional circumstances will waste any research or resources building such naval bombers as they are, in the game now.

We have talked about this before. There is four units you should never research/build and they are the car, militia, naval bomber and rocket interceptor. You should research the car but do nothing else with it.

Mess with the Bill, you get the scorn!

Naval bombers are pretty good to detect subs and sink enemy ships. The huge problem they have is their limited range. They should have the 2nd biggest range, after the strat. bomber.

The past is a foreign country.

Agree, Nav bomber should have longer range to protect the coast from a fleet

They should also be deployed off of aircraft carriers once they are finally implemented in the game. I'd hate to see the carriers go to waste if you can't launch useful bombers and fighters off of them.
