Naval Yards, Needs disable feature implemented!
Devs, Please address this now!
Until Deconstruction becomes an option, there needs to be an immediate patch to allow players to disable Naval Yards. The AI builds them on lakes and some new players build them on every coastal province. I'm surprised it isn't an option since you can disable Barracks.
Naval yards have weak province resource bonuses (5%, 15%, 25%) and do not offset the daily fuel consumption, especially if you can't sell the resource they are enhancing.
If I don't need to increase my naval force, this becomes an economy killer. A level 3 naval yard consumes 500 fuel a day...level 2 is 250 fuel a day.

I was going to address this as well. Shouldn't we be able to disable all buildings that have a daily upkeep? And why would you even be able to build a Naval Base on a Lake? In real life the Great Lakes have access to the North Sea and Atlantic Ocean. But this is a game, and as far as I know, we don't have that access. So why allow those Provinces to build Naval Bases?

Since today I'm able to disable naval bases !
Not sure if it's actually possible since today, but i clicked on it by mistake and it got on disabled.
And I've not heard a single person about it !!!

I'm all by my self now, but I've never made it to the 600 points, so i will try to finish it for once.
