They should add a hospital. It should have 5 levels, not 3.
Can you please not just spam the same suggestion multiple times? There are already like 3 other threads about this exact topic. Go chat there! You won’t get more attention just because you posted a new thread.
Also this has been asked many times over the years, it will not happen.

and after reading the threads and opinions of experienced players, I now understand and agree... forget about the hospital thing,the units heal daily and the game will stay as it is
