It is called a RR Gun
new building, new unit
I think that a radar should be introduced to the game to detect aircraft units from a distance of 170 km at the beginning, then modernized to 300 km after the war. I think that the game lacks coastal defense units that would match the strength of battleships, i.e. the introduction of coastal artillery that would be a strongly fortified, immobile unit or a building with a firing range the same as in battleships (because they could be the same guns as in battleships, but developed separately or not separately during the game).

Rail guns deal too little damage to deter enemy fleets that could destroy coastal cities

but what about introducing radars into the game
I think the adding of a radar unit is a good idea
Park an AC on the coast. Put a bunch of units on the coast. Perfect job for heavily damaged units that are too slow and too weak to fight.
You can't use a stationary defense in CoW. The game is about concentrating firepower at the right place and time to win the battle, then look for the next opportunity and do it again, and again. The player that stands still is dead
Then why do most players just sit around and do nothingz00mz00m wrote:

All of them are going to be eaten by the winner.
They sit around, making coalitions with their neighbors. Building industry and bunkers and infrastructure like they're playing Civilization.
