its a future game almost exactly like CoW and it looks like Dr. Leipreachán has done some work on it

A: That's modern day

B: Last I checked(about a month ago), it's looks like a beta for CoW

C: You can only build unit producing thingies in cities, whereas in CoW you can build production anywhere.
