New Diplomacy/Relation/treaty level

We need a new treaty level. One that is Share Map, but not Right of Way to prevent sneak attacks and they cant skip over or use your territory for anything.

Actually Share Map should loose Right of Way, and the combo of Share Map and Right of Way should be something like Most Favored Nation etc.

I would call it "Non-aggression", share map without right-of-way.

I agree, so more-or-less, a total alliance; like the US/UK during the Second World war.

It annoys me when people abuse share map, because it makes me second guess being friendly towards nations
