New Features

 • Call of War is one of the best games I have ever played. I would rate it a 4/5 star. Here are some features that will make it a 5 star and not one of the best game, but THE best game I have ever played.

A building called field hospital, that can heal infantry; a repair port, which will repair naval units docked in/near the port; a repair station that will repair aircraft, tanks and ordance.
A terrain map mode, as we players know that mountains are a excellent barrier, so their should be a map mode that will show terrain, so that we can meet our invasion/defensive plans with the geography of the place.
Ques: so that we can que buildings/units to be built after the one, and cancelling will give back all resources.
AI takeover: many times it has happened, that we players know that, for eg: I can't play for 1 day, so there is a option from which the AI is going to govern our country till we return. The AI is going to fight our wars, research tech and doing things which we commanded to do when we go, if possible.
Rebellions: There should be a rule that when an uprising happens, the province goes to either the country that actually controlled it/a country that used to control it at any point/a group called the insurgents. 1) The need for this has indeed increased since (heavily damaged) units don't merge anymore in 1.5. It is a very old suggestion, but there seems to be some problem on the dev end. Same for disbanding units, btw; we are currently stuck with heavily damaged units which are useless but keep eating daily supplies.

2) The terrain is actually displayed quite clearly in the client?

3) This is already available if you take a subscription to High Command. Devs need to eat, you know.

4) A nice suggestion, though I would personally be very hesitant to pass control of my precious units to the AI. It shouldn't be too hard to implement; all that is required is a control "Put me in inactive mode" somewhere

5) This has recently been improved, so rebelling provs don't go to some distant nation anymore; control will always be passed to "someone closeby". It works fine now, I think.

4) Would be an awesome feature. I would be willing to program my country to do things in my absence. This would be a fun feature to use. But maybe even more fun to build.

Also, the game needs some AI scripting. All the popular maps should have a variety of scripted starts where the AI plays in a more competitive way. We spend so much time playing against AI to finish maps, this activity either needs to get a lot more fun, or a lot faster. Such as you only need 80% of the human controlled world to end the game.
