The new update happened about 20 minutes ago, and is absolutely awful, whoever designed it wants shooting, this is a huge step backwards, what were you even thinking Bytro 
Not sure exactly how some of it is supposed to work now, nut as soon as i select a city to make upgrades etc,. everything just locks., congratulations Bytro, you just totally ruined the game. 
I haven't experienced any issues with today's minor update, or had any other reports of issues.
Try clearing your browser cache, closing, and restarting your browser.
There were no design changes with this update, so I wonder if you entered mobile mode?

Please clear your cookies and cache, it looks like you are using the mobile version inside the browser for a weird reason.
hey VorlonFCW & Sasri, it looks like when i rebooted my PC when the update came, it somehow did reboot into the mobile format, how that can happen on a PC i have no clue, but it did. It was a bit like trying to read a website in HTML , lol 
There is a button when a game is loading to switch to mobile mode. I switch my browser back and forth often as the espionage menu is much better in mobile mode when you have a lot of spies.
Did you get back to desktop mode?
yeh i got there in the end, and of course feel quite stupid now
Don't worry, never feel stupid for reporting a bug! It could have been something after all.
